Complete the processing of crane rails to improve customer customization service capabilities
This week, our company successfully completed a batch of customized processing tasks for national standard crane rails. The length of this batch of rails is 12 meters, the model is QU120, and it is mainly used for the track system of heavy port lifting equipment, which has extremely high requirements for the strength and precision of the rails.
After the customer placed an order, the company's technical team quickly completed the design confirmation. The production workshop passed multiple processes such as hot rolling, straightening, drilling and rust prevention to ensure that the product size error is controlled within ±1mm, and each flaw detection was carried out. The finished product has passed quality inspection and is being prepared for export packaging.
