In order to meet the growing demand for orders, our company's annual production capacity of GB steel rails in 2025 has been increased to 100,000 tons, an increase of 25% over last year. The newly put into production fully automatic steel rolling line was put into operation at the beginning of this year and has now entered a stable production stage.
The new production line adopts an intelligent temperature control system and automatic straightening device to effectively improve the yield rate and dimensional accuracy of the rails, while reducing unit energy consumption. The company has also strengthened personnel training and production process optimization to ensure that every rail meets national standards.
