Production & Quality Control
The rails were produced at Gnee Railway and delivered through a fully controlled chain: steelmaking → hot rolling → dimensional inspection → mill certification.
Steelmaking - molten steel refined and cast to rail blooms under controlled chemistry.

Hot rolling - blooms rolled into the ASCE 60 profile at controlled temperature and speed.

Dimensional QC - head, flange, web and straightness checked with precision calipers (0.02 mm).

Mill certificate - MTC issued with chemical composition and mechanical properties.

Every rail was dimension-checked with precision calipers (0.02 mm accuracy) before release. The mill test certificate (MTC) confirms chemical composition and mechanical properties - for this order, a tensile strength of 720 MPa - with surface quality and dimensional checks passed.

Logistics & Documentation
The cargo shipped from Qingdao, China (handled via Tianjin) on MV TS KWANGYANG to Manzanillo, Mexico - 105 packages, 80 CBM, 201,630 kg - under a telex-release bill of lading, freight prepaid.
Proforma Invoice (PI) - product, quantity, price and full trade terms agreed before production.

Bill of Lading (B/L) - telex release, freight prepaid, issued on loading.

Packing & Loading
Rails were packed in standard seaworthy packing - bundled and strapped to protect surfaces during ocean transit, lifted with safe rigging and loaded into 40HC containers, then lashed in place for the voyage.

Related Railway Products & Supply Capabilities
In addition to railway steel rails, we can also review supply requirements for rail joint bars (fishplates), railway fasteners, and complete rail fastening systems.
These products are often specified together for track construction, maintenance, and replacement projects. Supplying multiple railway material categories through one supplier can simplify specification communication, quotation, and order coordination.
