Rail joints project successfully applied to overseas urban rail reconstruction projects
A batch of fishplate products for rail connection exported by our company recently have been successfully applied to the rail transit reconstruction project of a certain overseas city, and all laying work has been completed. The project aims to upgrade the original old lines and improve the stability and safety of urban train operation.
According to the requirements of the project party, the fishplate must meet the fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance under the operating conditions of heavy-load trains. To this end, the company selected high-strength steel and used rust-proof galvanizing treatment to improve the service life of the product in rainy seasons and high-humidity areas. The fishplate used in the project is a 6-hole design, which perfectly matches the UIC60 rail type used in the city. At the same time, bolts, washers and other related accessories are exported to ensure one-stop installation convenience.
During the acceptance process, the project leader highly praised the processing accuracy, product packaging and delivery cycle of the fishplate. Our company will also continue to track the use of the project and provide subsequent technical support and product guarantees for subsequent line construction.
The successful application of this project once again verified the stable performance of our company's products in actual railway projects, and also laid a good foundation for the company's international expansion in the field of urban rail transit.
