High-standard packaging process launched to improve international transportation safety
In order to improve the safety and protection level of export goods during international transportation, our company has recently fully upgraded the packaging process of rail bolts and accessories, and enabled new environmentally friendly materials and stable pallet packaging methods.
The new process introduces a compression and shock-proof support structure based on the original packaging method, focusing on optimizing the pallet fixing method, the readability of the identification label and the moisture-proof performance of the external packaging. In a recent order exported to South Asia, the new packaging solution has undergone a three-week sea transportation test. The product was intact when it arrived at the port and the customer feedback was good.
As the export business continues to grow, we will promote this standardized solution in more product packaging to further enhance customer experience and reduce transportation risks.
