Customized railway fasteners delivered to meet special track requirements
Recently, a batch of railway fasteners customized and produced by our company for an overseas customer were successfully packaged and loaded for shipment. This project is a mountainous line construction project. The customer has special requirements for the structural strength, corrosion resistance and installation convenience of the fastener system. After several rounds of technical communication and solution adjustment, the product design that is reinforced and optimized on the basis of national standards was finally determined.
This order covers multiple accessories such as spring bars, rail pads, and threaded spikes. All of them are made of high-strength steel materials and combined with Dacromet anti-corrosion coating technology, which effectively improves the durability of fasteners in high humidity and complex geological environments. The company's production department dispatched production capacity in advance according to project nodes to ensure that the products were delivered on schedule.
