New process launched to improve the corrosion resistance of fishplate
Our company recently launched a new surface treatment process, which is mainly used for railway fishplates and supporting connectors, effectively improving the corrosion resistance of products in harsh environments such as humidity and high salt spray. The new process uses environmentally friendly Dacromet coating, which has the characteristics of strong adhesion and long corrosion resistance.
This technical upgrade covers all main models of fishplate products, such as 50kg and 60kg rail connection plates, which have passed the salt spray test for more than 480 hours without rust in performance testing. For export projects, we can also customize spraying according to customer needs to adapt to special construction conditions.
At present, the first batch of products using this process have been successfully delivered to Eastern European customers, and preliminary feedback shows that they performed well in on-site laying and use. The company will continue to promote product performance upgrades with technological innovation and provide customers with more cost-effective railway equipment solutions.
