Fishplate products successfully passed the third-party inspection of customers, and the stable quality was recognized
Recently, a batch of fishplate products exported by our company to a country in Southeast Asia successfully passed the audit of a third-party inspection agency entrusted by the customer. All inspection items met the technical requirements, showing good product consistency and manufacturing accuracy. This inspection covers multiple items such as dimensional tolerance, bolt hole position, hardness inspection and surface anti-rust treatment.
In order to ensure product stability, the company strictly implements the process flow during the production process. From raw material selection, heating die forging, CNC punching, to heat treatment and surface anti-rust, each process is recorded and sampled by quality inspectors. The fishplate product tested this time is a 6-hole UIC standard model, which is mainly used in local heavy-duty railway projects. In actual applications, it has high requirements for load-bearing capacity and stability.
The inspection report issued by the third-party inspection agency shows that the fishplate performs well in terms of dimensional consistency, flatness and hole position accuracy, and fully meets the product specifications before leaving the factory. The customer said that he was satisfied with the quality of this batch of products and has arranged a purchase plan for subsequent batches.
