In order to improve production efficiency and product consistency, our company recently completed the construction and commissioning of an automated production line for rail fasteners. The new equipment includes CNC machining centers, automatic tapping machines, automatic packaging devices, etc., which can realize the intelligent linkage of multiple processes, greatly shorten the production cycle and reduce manual errors.
Since the launch of this project, the company's technical team has repeatedly connected with equipment suppliers for debugging and testing to ensure the stable operation of the production line. At present, the first batch of products manufactured using this production line have been delivered to customers with good feedback.
