The company held a quarterly export review meeting to continuously optimize the order delivery process
In order to further improve order processing efficiency and customer satisfaction, our company recently held a second quarter export project review meeting to comprehensively summarize and review the execution of all export orders in this quarter. The meeting was led by the Export Department, and the heads of production, logistics, quality inspection and other departments participated.
The meeting summary pointed out that the total export volume this quarter increased by 18% compared with the previous quarter, mainly concentrated in spikes, rails and spring bars. During the execution process, most orders were delivered smoothly, but it was also found that some orders had problems such as deviation in distribution and low loading efficiency. In this regard, the relevant departments proposed solutions on the spot, including increasing the configuration of inspection personnel before loading, optimizing the layout of the storage area, and improving the export process form.
This export review meeting will help the company sort out the key links in the execution process and improve the overall operational efficiency. In the future, the company will organize similar meetings regularly to ensure that every order is efficient and smooth from signing to delivery, and effectively improve customer satisfaction and corporate credibility.
