Recently, our company successfully completed the production task of a batch of threaded spikes. The products have passed the factory inspection and were sent to the designated port of overseas customers on time. The order covers threaded spikes of various specifications, and customers have high requirements for product accuracy, strength and surface treatment technology. To this end, our company has increased the intensity of process control during the manufacturing process, and strictly implemented quality standards from raw material screening to finished product packaging.
In the processing link, the workshop uses high-precision CNC equipment to ensure thread consistency, and introduces torque testing instruments to conduct standardized screw-in tests on sampled spikes. In terms of surface corrosion protection, Dacromet treatment was carried out according to customer needs, which improved the product's salt spray resistance and anti-rust cycle. In addition, quality inspectors conduct multiple rounds of random inspections on each batch of products, and retain relevant quality control records to achieve traceability of the production process.
