The company held a quarterly quality analysis meeting to promote continuous improvement
This month, the company organized a second quarter quality analysis meeting for 2025, with the participation of multiple departments such as production, technology, quality inspection, and export, to jointly summarize, analyze and rectify the problems encountered in the production and export of railway equipment products. The meeting conducted a detailed review of the factory qualification rate, return rate, customer feedback and other contents of different types of products through on-site data display and case analysis.
It was pointed out at the meeting that in the past quarter, the quality of spike products remained stable, and the customer complaint rate decreased by 12% year-on-year; however, some spring bar series products still need to be improved in terms of size control and coating consistency. In this regard, the technical department proposed a plan to strengthen the automatic detection of dimensions and improve the surface treatment process. The quality inspection department also plans to introduce a new generation of detection tools to improve detection efficiency and accuracy.
The person in charge of the company emphasized that quality is the cornerstone of enterprise development. Only by adhering to long-term quality management and continuous improvement can we win more customer recognition in the international market. The convening of this meeting not only enhanced the quality awareness of all employees, but also clarified the direction for the next stage of quality improvement work.
