Railway equipment products have successfully passed the port inspection, and the export process has been accelerated again
Recently, a batch of railway fastener products of our company successfully completed the pre-export inspection at the port, and no quality or customs declaration problems were found. The products have been successfully shipped. This shipment covers multiple categories such as spikes, gauge baffles, nuts, etc., and the destination is the railway upgrade project in South Asia.
In order to ensure the smooth progress of the inspection, our foreign trade department prepared relevant customs declaration materials in advance and maintained close communication with the freight forwarding company to ensure that the packing list, certificate of origin, product quality inspection report and other materials are complete and accurate. Before the inspection, the company also organized an internal pre-inspection link to check the details of labels, logos, protective measures, etc. in advance to ensure that each item meets the export specifications.
The smooth passing of the port inspection marks the continuous progress of our company in the control of export processes. In the context of the increasingly complex global trade situation, ensuring the efficiency of export customs clearance is an important part of enterprises to enhance their competitiveness. In the future, the company will continue to strengthen coordination and cooperation with ports, customs and third-party testing agencies to continuously improve the overall logistics turnover capacity.
