Rail products passed the pre-export quality sampling inspection, and the overall qualified rate reached 100%
This month, a batch of rail products to be exported to South America by our company underwent pre-export quality sampling inspection.
This sampling inspection was jointly organized by the company's quality inspection department and foreign trade department, covering multiple key links such as the dimensional accuracy, appearance defects, cross-sectional shape, hardness and anti-rust treatment of the rails. The final sampling inspection results showed that all products met the standard requirements, and the overall qualified rate reached 100%.
This batch of rails is UIC60 hot-rolled heavy rails, which are mainly used in the trunk railway reconstruction project in the region. Our company strictly implements the process flow during the production process, especially in terms of rail rolling accuracy and surface flatness. In terms of oiling and anti-rust, according to the customer's demand for a long transportation cycle, a thickened oil film treatment method is adopted to ensure that the product is not damp or oxidized during transportation.
The successful completion of this quality sampling inspection has provided a strong guarantee for the customer's project construction, and once again demonstrated our company's rigorous attitude in product quality management. We will continue to optimize our internal quality control processes to ensure that every product meets international market standards before shipment.
