The company organizes employees to conduct railway fastener process training to improve the overall technical level
In order to improve the understanding and mastery of the manufacturing process of railway fastener products by front-line production employees, our company recently organized a three-day special technical training. The training content covers the manufacturing process, technical standards, common quality problems and treatment methods of core components such as spring bars, gauge baffles, and threaded spikes.
The training was given by a senior engineer from the company's technical department. Through physical explanations, video demonstrations and on-site interactions, employees' mastery of product process flow was improved. The training also specifically introduced practical application cases of various fasteners in international railway lines to help employees understand the important impact of each process on the performance of the product.
Through this training, not only the quality awareness of employees was enhanced, but also the standardized operation ability of the entire team in the production process was improved. The company will normalize the training, continuously improve the technical level, and provide customers with more professional and high-standard railway equipment products.
