Widening the rail head (increasing by 15-20% compared to railway rails) to enhance the pressure bearing area.
Thickening the rail web (30% thicker than railway tracks of the same level) to enhance bending strength.
Strengthen the contact surface at the bottom of the track to ensure a stable connection with the track beam.
Material characteristics:
Alloy composition: U71Mn material is commonly used, with a carbon content of 0.65-0.75% and a manganese content of 1.10-1.40%, which combines high hardness and toughness.
