E Type Rail Elastic Clip is one of the common track fasteners in the railway fastening system, which is used to provide positive and durable track alignment under harshest working conditions, thus extending the life of railway track. Generally, rail elastic clip is made of forged spring steel with a diameter range from 18mm to 23mm, the main function of rail clip is to fasten railroad sleeper and steel rail together. The rail clip is considered as one of the best ways to ensure that rails not move, bend, warp, etc.
Elastic rail clips have various types, including rail e- clip, Nabla rail clip, SKL rail clips, Deenik clip, crane rail clip, Russia rail clip as well as other standard rail clips. Elastic rail clips are widely used for different applications up to different types and sizes, such as E2007, E2055, E2056, etc for separate rail fastening systems and E1809, E1817, E1819 etc for non-separate rail fastening systems.
