Made from high carbon steel or medium carbon alloy steel, such as 45#, 40Cr, or 35CrMo. After quenching and tempering, the material achieves a hardness level of HRC 40–45 and superior impact resistance, ensuring reliable long-term fastening performance under heavy loads.
Available coatings include Hot-Dip Galvanizing (HDG), Oxide Black, Zinc Plating, and Dacromet Coating, all of which improve corrosion resistance. The HDG finish, in particular, provides outstanding protection against salt spray and chemical corrosion, extending the lifespan of track fastening systems.
