1. Material selection

The raw material for railway elastic clips is 60Si2MnA hot-dip tool steel, ensuring that the composition meets standards, the surface carburizing layer does not exceed one percent of the diameter, the grain size meets specified standards, and the high-purity graphite carbon content meets requirements.

3. Characteristics and structure

4. Heat treatment process

Induction heating is used with an induction switch (electromagnetic coil). The alternating electromagnetic field induces skin effect, generating high-density current on the workpiece surface, leading to an increase in temperature in the heating layer. Rapid cooling completes surface carburization, meeting the requirements of the heat treatment process.
