The selected high-quality spring steel 60Si2MnA is first precisely cut into billets of specific lengths, then enters medium-frequency induction heating furnaces for uniform preheating, with the temperature accurately controlled within the 850-950°C range. This step lays a solid foundation for the subsequent hot forming process.

The hot forming stage is completed using fully automated production lines. The heated billets undergo hot forging through precision dies under the action of 800-1000 ton hydraulic presses. During this process, the die's surface design and forming parameters are meticulously calculated to ensure the material's grain flow aligns perfectly with the clip's stress direction, thereby achieving optimal mechanical properties.
The formed clips immediately enter the critical heat treatment phase, starting with quenching in salt bath furnaces at 860-880°C to obtain a hard martensitic structure, followed by transformation into tough and strong tempered troostite in tempering furnaces at 460-500°C.
The surface treatment phase employs fully automated hot-dip galvanizing production lines. The clips sequentially pass through pre-treatment steps including degreasing, pickling, and fluxing before being immersed in a 450°C zinc bath to form an alloy coating with a thickness no less than 80μm.

The final precision machining stage uses specialized fixtures to precisely calibrate the contact areas of the clips, ensuring the matching degree with the rail foot meets design requirements.
