Industry knowledge

Railway clips are elastic materials on railway tracks. They are mainly used to be installed at different locations on railway tracks, such as nail plates, fasteners, and panels, to reduce the impact and vibration of trains.
Since railway clips directly affect the driving safety of trains and the comfort of passengers, railway spring clips are a very important element in the construction and maintenance of railway tracks.
Material Types of Railway Clips
Railway clips are usually made of high-elastic steel or alloy steel, and their main characteristics are good elasticity and durability. At present, the common railway spring clip materials on the market are as follows:
1.70# high carbon steel:
mainly suitable for laying old lines, with high strength, high elasticity and high wear resistance.
2.Q235B steel:
mainly suitable for laying new lines, with better heat treatment and plasticity than 70# high carbon steel, and can better adapt to different railway temperatures and bending degrees.
3. Elastic steel:
Mainly suitable for curved areas and high-speed railways. Its high elasticity and stability can effectively reduce the vibration and impact caused by the passing of trains, ensuring the safety and comfort of train travel.

GNEE RAIL can provide a variety of packaging methods for customers to choose from, including plastic bag inner packaging + wooden box outer packaging, ton bag packaging, iron box packaging, etc., suitable for different transportation modes such as sea transportation, land transportation, and air transportation.
