Recently, our company has successfully completed the packaging and shipment of a batch of railway track accessories. The ordered products are rich in variety, including 21 fasteners, rail pads, guide plates, elastic pads, pads and other core components of the railway fastening system. The total number of products exceeds 60,000 pieces and will be shipped to overseas customers soon.
This batch of shipped products includes:
21 Clip: Made of 38Si7 high-strength spring steel, a total of 14,000 pieces, and a single piece weighs 0.58kg. This type of fastener is widely used in the connection system between rails and sleepers. It has good elasticity and long-term fatigue resistance and is suitable for high-load rail lines.
Rail Pad: Made of EPDM rubber material, with a size of 145*130*6mm, a total of 7,000 pieces, used for buffering and vibration isolation between rails and sleepers, which can effectively reduce the impact and wear on the track structure during train operation.
Angle Guide Plate: Made of high-strength engineering plastic PA6 plus glass fiber composite material (UTS300 12.5; PA6+GF), a total of 14,000 pieces, with good wear resistance and dimensional stability, mainly used to guide the direction of the rails and ensure driving stability.
Elastic Pad and Tie Plate: Both are important auxiliary components of the track fastening system, used to disperse pressure and provide a stable foundation respectively. The tie plate is made of 35# steel, with a quantity of 7,000 pieces, and has good compression and deformation resistance.
