Our company successfully delivered a batch of hot-dip galvanized threaded spikes to Pakistan

Recently, our company successfully completed the production and shipment of a batch of railway threaded spike products and successfully sent them to Pakistan. The export order products are hot-dip galvanized Sleeper Screw with Washer (threaded spike with washer), with specifications of Ss36 24×220mm, made of 35# steel, with a quantity of 14,000 pieces and a total weight of more than 9 tons (9282 kg). This product is one of our company's mature main railway fasteners, widely used in sleeper systems, and plays a vital role in the stability of track structures.

In order to ensure the high-quality delivery of this batch of orders, our company strictly follows the international railway industry standards from raw material procurement, hot forging, thread finishing, hot-dip galvanizing surface treatment to final inspection and packaging. Hot-dip galvanizing not only effectively improves the corrosion resistance of threaded spikes, but also enhances their long-term service life in high humidity and high salt environments. Especially in some coastal areas or high temperature and high humidity areas such as Pakistan, the anti-corrosion requirements for railway fasteners are more stringent, and the durability of our products has been highly recognized by customers.

In addition, this order also includes 14,000 pieces of PA6 plastic spike sleeves (Dowel) shipped as a matching product, which are used to enhance the embedding force of spikes in concrete sleepers and further improve the firmness and operational stability of the entire fastening system.
