2. Common specifications

Common models include Φ22×135, Φ24×135, Φ24×145, etc. These specifications indicate the diameter and length of the bolts. In actual use, it is necessary to select the appropriate bolt specifications according to the specifications, connection methods and tightening requirements of the track.

The matching accessories of railway rail fish bolts mainly include bolts, nuts, washers, etc. Bolts are used to connect the joints of two rails to ensure the firmness and stability of the connection. 4. Installation steps
(1). Preparation: Ensure that the contact part between the fishplate and the rail and the bolts are oiled to reduce friction and corrosion.
(2). Bolt insertion: Insert the fishbolts into the holes of the fishplate and the rails. Note that the nuts must be staggered inside and outside to avoid mutual interference.
(3). Tightening the bolts:
If a four-hole fishplate is used, tighten the two middle bolts first, then tighten the bolts on both sides.
After tightening the bolts on both sides, tighten the two middle bolts again to ensure that all bolts are evenly stressed.
(4). Tightening the bolts: One person should use a 55 cm screwdriver. Do not use a screwdriver that is too long or two people should tighten at the same time to prevent uneven stress or damage to the bolts.
