Improve packaging quality and ensure the safety of overseas transportation of railway equipment
Railway rails and spikes are heavy and complex industrial products, which have high requirements for packaging methods in international transportation. To this end, our company has continued to improve export packaging since 2024, and has introduced a variety of protection solutions such as high-strength wooden boxes, steel strapping, moisture-proof films and anti-rust paper, and customized designs according to product characteristics.
For example, the rails are end-protected and overall anti-slip fixed, and the spikes are packaged in layers and classified by model, with clear labels attached. The improved packaging is more resistant to collision and moisture during transportation, effectively reducing the risk of damage and rust.
