Railroad anchor is also called rail anchor, or railroad tie anchor. It is placed under the rail bottoms and clamp the rails with its curved design. Its side is pressed against the sleeper. The rail anchors are made in one piece from spring steel which can fasten the rails by providing friction, elasticity, and locking action.

Anchors are made for a specific rail weight and base width, which can be classified into two types: the Drive-on rail anchors and Spring type rail anchor.

Installation method: The design enables it to be mounted to the rail by a vehicle or mechanical device drive, without the need for manual installation.

Improve efficiency: The use of drive machinery can greatly increase the installation speed and reduce the need for manual labor.

Enhance track stability: A drive-on rail anchor is particularly suitable for the construction and maintenance of large rail projects, such as high-speed railways, heavy haul railways, or large-scale track renovations.

Application scenario

High-speed and heavy haul railways: These railways often have high requirements for track stability, and Drive-on rail anchors help ensure the long-term stability of the track system by providing greater installation efficiency and reliability.

Track maintenance: In the routine maintenance and inspection of the track, the use of drive anchors can significantly increase the working speed and reduce downt
