The Improved Fair anchor features a unique design, manufactured from specialized T-shaped spring steel that undergoes forging and heat treatment processes to ensure uniform strength and extended service life. It employs a drive-on design comprising clamping jaws, an overload stop mechanism, a platform, and a bearing surface. Its bearing surface provides greater contact area than any other drive-on rail anchor, while the clamping jaws exert a vise-like grip on the rail base. On average, it demonstrates superior resistance to track movement compared to all other rail anchors.
Simple structure: The design is comparatively traditional, however, the wedge structure has been improved to strengthen the bearing force and anti-slide ability. With the delicate design, it can effectively increase the contact surface with the rail base, thus increasing the friction.
Installation method: The installation is relatively simple. The common method is to use hand tools or special equipment.
Application scenario：It is suitable for ordinary railways, urban rail transit, and other railway systems requiring fixed track.
