Products Description
Modern railway spikes are mostly made of Q235B or 45 steel, which are made by hot rolling, cold heading, heat treatment and other processes. To improve durability, the surface is often galvanized or phosphated for rust prevention. Heavy-load lines may use alloy steel spikes to withstand greater impact.
During manufacturing, hardness (usually HRC22-30) and tensile strength (≥500MPa) must be strictly tested to avoid failure due to brittle fracture. Stainless steel materials will be used in some special environments (such as saline-alkali areas). The production process includes cutting, head forming, rod thread rolling, quality inspection and other links.
