Industry knowledge

As a standardized industrial product, the production process of fishplate must be strictly implemented in accordance with the standards of the railway equipment industry to ensure dimensional accuracy, mechanical properties and installation matching. The production process of a standard fishplate usually includes multiple links.
First, select steel raw materials that meet the requirements, and heat them after cutting to improve the plasticity of the material for subsequent forging. The die forging process is the key to the forming of the fishplate, which determines its basic shape and strength structure. Then milling is performed to ensure that the edges are neat and convenient for installation and fitting.

Next, the CNC drilling machine is used to accurately punch holes. The hole spacing and hole diameter must be strictly controlled according to the standard to avoid installation errors. In order to improve product performance, the fishplate also needs to be heat treated, such as normalizing, quenching and tempering, to enhance its strength and fatigue resistance. After heat treatment, the surface is cleaned and rust-proofed (such as oiling or hot-dip galvanizing) is performed to further improve its anti-corrosion performance and appearance quality.
Each batch of products must pass multiple quality control processes such as dimension inspection, hardness test, bolt hole inspection, etc. before leaving the factory to ensure that the products meet the standard requirements. The complete production process not only reflects the industrial precision of the product, but also directly affects the customer's experience and the operating safety of the rail system.
