The production of rail fastening systems adheres to stringent standards, as railway safety permits no compromise. GNEE RAIL's production technical team meticulously considers the characteristics of rail fastening systems to deliver reliable end products.
Rail Clamping Force
Clamping force varies depending on the type of fastening system and client requirements. Typically, most fastening systems exhibit a clamping force between 7.5 kN and 12.5 kN, with baseplate deflection ranging from 10 mm to 15 mm. Our manufactured elastic fasteners, including E-clips, SKL clips, Nabla rail clamps, FAST railway clips, and FIST rail elastic clips, strictly comply with international standards. Anchor/Shoulder
Shoulders/anchors are critical in fastening systems. They must withstand loads and vibrational impacts transmitted to sleepers while protecting sleepers from fracture or loosening. According to European standards, all fastening components should endure a pull-out force of 60 kN without damaging the sleeper. GNEE RAIL supplies various types of rail anchors, including Drive-on rail anchors, Spring-type rail anchors, Improved Fair anchors, and others.

Rail Pads
Heavy loads on tracks, poor joints, track irregularities, and rolling stock failures can amplify operational stresses. GNEE RAIL-manufactured rail pads are typically made of 10 mm thick rubber or plastics such as EVA with thicknesses ranging from 5 mm to 10 mm. Our rail pads offer stiffness values within the 40–450 kN/mm range, with 5 mm thick plastic pads providing stiffness up to 6,000 kN/mm.
