Track bolts are important components in railway track connections. They are mainly used to connect rails, sleepers and other track components to ensure that all parts of the track are tightly combined to form a stable and continuous track surface. Its main task is to reduce the possibility of track deviation and deformation and ensure the smooth and safe operation of trains.
According to the tooth type, it can be divided into triangular threads, trapezoidal threads, rectangular threads, serrated threads, circular threads, etc. Among them, triangular threads are generally used for connection, that is, tightening, and are also the most common thread tooth type in the track. How to judge? All bolts and metal nuts are screwed together. Triangular threads, the tooth angle is 60°. Trapezoidal threads are also used a lot in tracks, generally used in the anchor bolt position of fasteners, and they will be used in conjunction with nylon embedded sleeves
According to the strength grade, it can be divided into 3.6, 4.6, 4.8, 5.6, 6.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, etc. Among them, bolts of grade 8.8 and above are high-strength bolts, generally made of low-alloy heat-treated materials. Taking the 4.6 grade bolt as an example, let's talk about the meaning of the grade classification: the first number 4 represents that the material tensile strength reaches 400MPa. The second number 6 represents that the material yield strength ratio is 0.6. Therefore, the yield strength of the bolt material can reach 400*0.6=240MPa.
GNEE RAILWAY RAILWAYL has a long-term customer base and good reputation in many countries, and its products are widely used in important engineering projects such as national railways, urban rails, and port transportation. We believe that continued high standards are the key to continuously improving brand value.
