The 50KG Rail is manufactured according to the Chinese standard GB2585-2007, with a rail height of 152mm, a rail base width of 132mm, a rail web thickness of 15.5mm, and a rail head width of 70mm. It weighs 51.51kg/m and its length can be customized from 12 to 25 meters. Made of high-quality U71Mn steel and using advanced heat treatment processes, it ensures excellent strength and toughness under high loads and high-frequency use. Compared to ordinary rails, U71Mn rails have significant advantages in wear resistance and fatigue resistance, making them suitable for high-speed rail lines, mining transportation, industrial plants, and heavy-haul dedicated lines.
