The QU120 crane rail is manufactured from premium U71Mn or U75V carbon-manganese steel, with a height of 170mm, head width of 120mm, base width of 170mm, and web thickness of 24mm, weighing 118.1kg/m. Precision hot rolling and normalizing processes ensure high yield strength and superior fatigue resistance, making it suitable for long-term high-frequency heavy-load operations.
