What are the common anti-corrosion names for railway bolts?
Railway bolts are an indispensable and important component in railway construction. They undertake the important task of connecting rails and fixing tracks.
The main function of railway bolts is to connect rails, fix tracks, and ensure the stability and safety of railway lines. It can withstand the weight of the train and the impact force during operation, ensure the firmness of the rails, prevent the movement and deformation of the rails, and thus ensure the smooth operation of the train.
Common anti-corrosion names for railway bolts:
Galvanizing
Galvanizing is a common anti-rust treatment process on the surface of fasteners, which belongs to the solid zinc powder metallurgy thermal diffusion coating. Due to its good uniformity, it can better disperse threads and blind holes, and will not cause serious pollution to the environment during processing.

Galvanized layer
The galvanized layer is also one of the commonly used anti-rust treatment methods for the surface of railway bolts. In order to keep the bolt preload consistent, a lubricant can be applied after the galvanized layer to increase the torque of the bolt.

Blackening and oiling
The material protection technology of heating steel in air or directly immersing it in a concentrated oxidizing solution to produce an extremely thin oxide film on its surface is also called blackening. Apply oil to block air and reduce the chance of substrate oxidation.

Dacromet
Dacromet is the Chinese translation of Dacromet. It is a chromium-containing inorganic metal coating layer formed by non-electrolytically coated flaky zinc-aluminum powder under high temperature. It is a non-decorative coating with excellent corrosion resistance.
