Pandrol e-clips are railway fastening systems made from high-strength spring steel, available in different diameters (e.g., Ø18 for tram and Ø20 for train). Key specifications include a hardness of 44-48 HRC, static stiffness of over 50 kN/mm, and a clamping force greater than 16 kN. The e-clip system includes the clips, shoulders, pads, and insulators, designed for use on ballasted track with concrete or wooden sleepers.
